Our client, a manufacturing company is looking to hire a CTP Operator to help manage its operations in Ghana.

 

ROLE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all imaging devices, plate autoloaders

(MCU), and plate processor equipment.

 

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Checks the complete separation in Bitmap Viewer for text, design, bleed, trapping, and overprints among others before making plates in CTP.


• Prepares and Checks plates for quality, text, and spelling plate.


• Ensures that plates issued to machines in all respect are correct and there is proper housekeeping is maintained.


• Prepares CTP plates, Flexo plates, Embossing blocks, and Embossing films and ensure that they're arranged properly.


• Maintain the vigor of machines and report to the immediate superior for any abnormalities found.


• Maintain processors and chemistry changes.


• Inform the maintenance team in the event that machines are to be checked routinely to maintain their functionality


• Perform all other duties assigned.
