Day To Day Management Of The Office And Staff To Include:
• Dealing With Emails For Branch Office
• Counselling Of Students
• Monitoring Initial Counselling - Keep An Eye On General Demeanor Of Counsellors And Listen In Occasionally To See If You Can Help/improve
• Follow Up Of Students - Do At LEAST Bi-weekly With Each Advisor
• Monitoring The CRM To Make Sure That Everything is Going on the CRM
• Application Process Checking - Keep An Eye On ALL Applications And Make Sure They Are Going Out To The Admission Team On Time And That They Are Complete.
• Visa Checking - Confirm All Documents Are Correct Prior To Visa Submission
• Advisor Meetings - General Brief Once Every 2 Weeks Or Month So That Advisors Can Voice Any Concerns.
• Training - Do Training On New Stuff Happening On The CRM /new Procedures Etc And Make Sure They Are Adopted ASAP
• Daily Admin Work - Update Scheduler, Send Out Important Briefings Etc Also Sign Off Petty Cash DAILY And Check Amounts Yourself Weekly
• Office Visits - Arrange Times, Advise Counsellors/office Manager, Block Times On Scheduler
• Make Telephone Calls To Support Counsellors If Required
• Intake Education Fairs If Applicable - Oversee Workload And Delegate Tasks
• British Council Exhibitions As Above • Staff Reviews - Biannually
• Any Other Task Required By Management Marketing Liaise With Country Manager And Marketing Department.
The Implementation Of Any Marketing Plan For The Office. Ideally You Should Be Able To Bring & Implement Ideas That Will Drive The Success Of The Business. To Include Marketing Of Intake Education Activities Such As Exhibitions, Etc.
