• Ensure appropriate interaction and engagement to enhance and enrich client experience and ensure overall deep client satisfaction
• Execute actions based on business targets and strategies but in a manner consistent with expectation of clients
• Have understanding of client interface dynamics (internal stakeholder unit/department activities) across the business to leverage on products and services and to better
position the Company’s offerings as a truly valuable customer proposition.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholder units/departments
• Actively manage targets by establishing close working relationships across stakeholder units/departments to deliver customer satisfaction targets whilst promoting product uptake/renewals with clients.
• Actively ensure entry and reporting of all complaints, enquiries and requests received from clients as well status of resolution activities and issues that are resolved and closed.
• Actively identify and report market feedback or data on products, services, pricing, etc based on engagement and interaction with clients for effective engagement of internal stakeholders to meet customer needs and product/service gaps
• Liaise with appropriate units/departments to ensure identified or reported customer needs and service gaps based on feedback from clients are met, considered or escalated accordingly.
• Develop effective strategies for selling products
• Ensure achievement of sales performance targets
• Active involvement in product and sales training to ensure top-of-mind status of knowledge at all times.
• Ensure brand compliance in undertaking all above and actively communicate according to company standards
• Monitor service complaints and resolutions and ensure service delivery targets are maintained
- Assist clients in correct completion of applications for the company policies
- Liaise with clients and/or their respective Human Resource units or other relevant authorized contact persons to ensure applications and matters surrounding applications are adequately addressed.
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders (example Underwriting, etc) to ensure the company policies and cards are processed and delivered promptly.
- Ensure adequate orientation on the company policy coverage including benefits, terms and conditions and all relevant features of the policy is provided to clients
- Ensure sales officers have adequately explained post-sales services and access to services in a manner that will/can be sufficiently understood by Clients
- Collate and/or coordinate the collation of schedules on engagement of prospective businesses and provide updated information on status of engagement with them to
- Manager/Management.
