Description
Our client a multi-brand electronic retail company is looking for a dynamic individual for the position of Cluster Manager to help with their operations in Ghana.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales to achieve targets. He/She will be responsible for ensuring the supervision and development of all staff in the cluster, as well as mentoring and developing any employees that directly report to them.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle multiple stores smooth and effective functioning of stores by meeting the assigned targets.
- Build a cooperative workforce team in each store.
- Manage the daily operations across multiple stores.
- Responsible for complete store administration.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures -100% compliance on SOP in all stores.
- Ensure Prices are updated on the floor.
- Clear communication to the store team.
- Ensure reports are sent on time.
- Ensure availability of products/Control shrinkage.
- Store merchandising, Cleaning, Hygiene, ensure the display of best sellers.
- Track competition closely (Range, Pricing, offers, Promotion) and suggests necessary action to the retail manager to ensure that our store remains ahead of the completion all the time.
- Execution of all promotions offers as planned with zero tolerance.
- Reviews each category on daily basis and take corrective action
- Track and analyze sales daily and take necessary actions immediately to ensure performance is as per plan.
- Staff incentive Policy Implementation.
- Ensure every employee is aware and is motivated, to achieve targets and earn incentives.
- Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
- Additional cluster manager duties as needed.
