A reputable company in the Oil and Gas industry is seeking to employ a Deputy Learning and Development Manager.
Experience and Qualifications
• Must possess a degree in Adult Education, Human Resource Development, Economics, Health and Safety or a related field.
• Must possess a minimum of ten years of relevant work experience.
•Must possess a professional certificate in Instructional Design, CIPD or ATD.
• Must have solid experience in the implementation of a leadership development strategy.
Requirements
• Identify and develop organizational capabilities.
• Develop guiding manuals for learning and development activities in the company.
• Plan and manage corporate events to promote the company and its operations.
• Coordinate competency assessments across the organization.
• Supervise the leverage of Learning and development activities.
