• A minimum of Master's Degree from a recognized university in Business Administration, or qualification from the Built Environment. • A minimum of Twenty-Five (25) years relevant working experience in Executive Managerial role of which at least Fifteen (15) years must have been at the level of an Executive Director role. Preferably from a Construction Firm. • Applicants must be able to serve an initial term of four (4) years before the statutory retirement age of sixty (60). • Membership of a relevant professional body will be an advantage. • Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office.
