Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office. Organise, research and deliver on delegated activities.
Prepare and organise financial documents, assist in bill management and external audit compliance.
Communications, and minute taking.
Assist with the onboarding and installation of new staff members including personnel related matters.
Support payroll processing including file and record keeping.
Logistics and procurement lead, facilitate compliance.
Draft routine correspondence, manage office inventory, and access cards related to office facilities.
Provide logistical and other support for internal and external events, visits, contacts, and services.
Coordinate and produce content for Foundation’s web site and newsletter, linking to outreach and campaign objectives across departments as needed.
Update and administer Foundation’s online donation page and donor Support, as needed, with fundraising and outreach efforts
Other additional administration, finance and communications tasks, as required.
