JOB PURPOSE:

The successful applicant shall be responsible for planning, developing and driving the company’s production strategy to ensure that production targets are met/ exceeded. The role reports to the General Manager.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Develops a production strategy to ensure optimum productivity.


• Advises management on investment activities and provides strategies that the company should take in the production section.


• Analyzes costs, variable contributions, production results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.


• Monitors the day-to-day production operations within the factory. 


• Ensures adherence to statutory and international regulations such as Fire Certificate, Factory Inspection, EPA certificate, and ISO certification.


• Develop and build production systems, data analysis, and technology.


• Provide technical expertise in the development and implementation of production strategy/business plan as input into the overall Corporate Strategy.
