JOB PURPOSE:

The successful applicant shall support in the delivery of product and tariff assurance key performance indicators in the areas of prepaid, postpaid, and roaming. He/she shall also support in the delivery of key performance indicators related to automated test calls using the test call generator. The role reports to the Cost and Margin Assurance Manager. 

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Leads in providing assurance in the development of new product /Tariff and services and monitors all Key Performance Indicators in the assigned areas.


• Performs End-to-end review of Major Revenue Life cycle and Business Units to ensure that all controls have been fully implemented and complimentary controls are in place to plug out leakages as discussed with the Manager.


• Puts in place a comprehensive local Dashboard for monitoring of all Major Revenues, Costs, and other Financial Key Performance Indicators.


• Documents, quantifies, and develops root cause analysis and suggests fixes for issues identified, highlighting the impact on business targets relative to revenues, costs, and margins.


• Participates in or leads cross-functional teams to resolve revenue assurance issues and implement revenue assurance controls.
