JOB REQUIREMENTS
Providing information to employees on counselling, benefits and other services and programs available to them.
Inspecting and improving the physical environment, such as lighting and security.
Great when it needeting training for employees
Investigating workplace situations and making sure it conducive for employees to work.
Helping with the recruitment and hiring process of new employees.
Addressing complaints from employees
Improving HR policies and the way the company treats employees to improve team relationships.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 2 years working experience as an HR Assistant or in similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be positive and have a proactive attitude
Excellent organizational skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Outstanding interpersonal skills
