• Ensure strict adherence of warehouse operations SOPs.


• Take ownership of stock variances and endeavour to control and minimize it.


• Assign duties and tasks to supporting staff.


• Handle daily operational and administrative issues in the warehouse operations.


• Keep non-saleable stocks separated from the saleable stocks.


• Ensure storage of goods as per standard norms.


• Control damage and expire stock.


• Check and control pilferage inside the warehouse.


• Ensure optimum utilization of storage space.


• Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse resources.


• Provide data and information requested by stake holders.


• Resolve and escalate operational issues.


• Track and follow-up for timely regularization of manual transactions.


• Maintain and update all documents related to warehouse operations.


• Keep track and follow-up for timely closure of stock returns (RMA).


• Lead preparations for periodic stock audits.


• Timely close stock audit queries.


• Ensure prompt loading and offloading of trucks / containers.


• Maintain FEFO in outbound stock movement.


• Timely update and share various MIS.


• Supervise and administer deliverables of direct reports.


• Ensure high standards of housekeeping.


• Ensure safety and security of the goods and company property in the warehouse/s.
