• Oversee the architectural design and ensure delivery of all phases of the construction project, from initial concept through to completion
• Review construction documents, technical drawings and design revisions
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to the architectural vision and organisation’s requirements
• Ensure all architectural elements meet building codes, local zoning laws and safety requirements
- Lead coordination meetings with contractors, suppliers and project managers
• Work with 3rd party contractors to ensure pre-construction and construction activities meet timelines, milestones and are to the highest quality standard
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for Senior Management Team and other relevant stakeholders
• Promote sustainable, functional, and cost-effective design principle
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure quality standards
- Manage the daily operations of assigned properties including leases
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements
- Manage the development and maintenance of Service Level Agreements with other departments
- Monitor and control expenses and ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines Project Management
- Manage facility projects including new builds, renovations, expansions and upgrades to ensure they are completed on time within budget and are to the required quality standards
