Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles—experience in banking, fintech, telecom, or FMCG is a plus. Proven ability to plan, execute, and analyze digital and social media campaigns across multiple platforms. Strong command of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics. Excellent writing, presentation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in crisis communication, brand reputation management, and agency/vendor coordination is an asset.

Description

Support the creation and execution of engaging multimedia content and digital campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.

Assist in managing campaign timelines, budgets, and compliance to ensure high-quality, on-brand digital output.

Monitor online communities, manage engagement, and escalate reputational risks to protect and enhance brand image.

Track and analyze digital performance metrics, providing insights to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.

Collaborate with agencies, influencers, and digital partners to drive innovation and campaign effectiveness.

Contribute to digital growth targets including follower increases, engagement rates, sentiment improvement, and campaign conversions.
