What You’ll Do:

We’re seeking a proactive and business-savvy Branch Representative to lead client engagement and marketing initiatives at our Kumasi branch. You will report directly to Head Office and serve as our representative in the Ashanti Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and client research to identify new business opportunities.


• Engage directly with clients—corporates, SMEs, and professionals—to promote our services.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and tailored solutions.


• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and business outreach.


• Represent the company at events, forums, and business meetings in Kumasi.


• Report on client trends, feedback, and branch performance to Head Office.

What You Should Bring:

• A degree in Management, Business Administration.


• 1–2 years of experience in client engagement, marketing, or business development.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to conduct field research and convert leads into loyal clients.


• A self-starter attitude with strong organizational and reporting skills.


• Familiarity with the Kumasi business environment is a strong advantage.
