Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
1–3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within a recruitment agency.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM software and digital tools.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Knowledge of the Ghanaian job market and recruitment industry; social media or digital marketing experience is an added advantage.
