• Translate the Group’s strategic vision into actionable operational plans, driving seamless execution across sourcing, processing, refining, and logistics to achieve growth and profitability targets.

• Build and lead a high-performing global operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement aligned with the Group’s values.

• Develop and optimize a resilient, cost-efficient, and sustainable global supply chain network, ensuring traceability, operational excellence, and world-class customer delivery performance.
