A production company located at Mallam Gbawe urgently need the services of a Finance and Admin Officer to help run its operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma / HND/ DBS or Other Professional qualifications


• Must possess 2 to 5 years’ experience in accounting and administration preferably in an SME or food processing company.

SKILLS

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles


• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite


• Experience in preparing financial reports, budgets and payroll


• Ability to manage invoices and receivables


• Ability to record, consolidate and reconcile financial transactions.


• Experience with cashflow management


• Prepare monthly financial statements


• Assist with audit preparation and compliance.


• Maintain accurate petty cash and daily financial logs

ADMINISTRATIVE

• Maintain organized filing systems (manual & digital)


• Manage office suppliers and logistics.


• Support office operations including front desk duties, vendor relations, correspondence etc.


• Assist in HR admin support – onboarding, staff files, leave tracking.


• Any Adhoc duties.
