Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and marinate meat for kebabs


• Slice and season beef, chicken, lamb, or other meats


• Operate kebab grill or rotisserie machine safely


• Cook meat properly according to food safety standards


• Cut and serve kebab meat for customers


• Prepare sauces, vegetables, and side ingredients


• Monitor meat quality and freshness


• Store meat properly in refrigerators or freezers


• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and cooking equipment


• Follow health and hygiene regulations


• Receive and check meat supplies from suppliers


• Avoid food contamination during preparation


• Assist customers with orders when necessary


• Work with kitchen staff to ensure fast service


• Dispose of waste properly and keep the work area organized
