JOB PURPOSE:

The successful applicant shall be responsible for managing the company's social media platforms, creating engaging content, growing online presence, and enhancing brand awareness through effective digital communication strategies.

The role reports to the marketing manager.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Creates, schedules, and publishes content across social media platforms.


• Develops engaging content including graphics, captions and short videos.


• Monitors social media channels and responds to customer inquiries.


• Tracks and reports on social media performance metrics.


• Supports the execution of digital marketing campaigns.


• Stays updated on industry trends and emerging social media tools.


• Grows audience engagement and brand visibility.


• Collaborates with internal teams to promote products, services and company initiatives.
