Minimum of JHS, SHS, or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, construction materials, hardware, or sanitary ware environment is an advantage. Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy products. Ability to safely handle fragile ceramic and sanitary ware items. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy loads safely. 1–2 years' experience in warehousing, logistics, hardware, building materials, or sanitary ware distribution is preferred but not mandatory.

• Load and unload sanitary ware products from delivery trucks and containers.


• Handle fragile ceramic products with care to prevent breakage or damage.


• Arrange and stack products properly in the warehouse according to company standards.


• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming stock.


• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.


• Verify quantities and product descriptions against delivery notes, invoices, and picking lists.


• Ensure products are securely loaded to prevent damage during transportation.


• Assist drivers during loading and offloading at customer locations when required.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and loading areas.


• Report damaged, defective, or missing items to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.


• Follow all health, safety, and warehouse operating procedures.


• Assist with stock-taking and inventory counts.


• Operate pallet jacks, trolleys, or other material handling equipment where authorized.


• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
