Description
- Strong knowledge of client relationship management and customer service best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to advise clients on investment products and effectively promote the company's products and services.
- Knowledge of the Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929) and the National Pensions Act, 2008 (Act 766), including their amendments.
- Ability to maintain accurate client records, prepare reports, and process client requests efficiently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions
