JOB PURPOSE:
The successful candidate will provide the Enterprise Business Unit with business and commercial insights and value-added analysis with the sole aim of driving the unit towards overall business objectives.
The role reports to the Commercial Performance Manager.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
• Oversees the monthly commission calculation and processing for Business in Retail
• Prepares weekly and monthly report on the sales and revenue performance
• Conducts weekly forecasting on the various enterprise products and the drivers for the trends
• Ensures data accuracy, completeness and integrity
• Defines templates and metrics to periodically track and report performance by product and segments against expectations.
• Conducts variance analysis on various products and business segments to establish trends and patterns
• Collaborates with internal and external departments to ensure consistent and reliable data is available for analysis and reporting, including identifying, investigating, and resolving any issues effecting data integrity.
• Assists with target redistribution as and when required in line with business objectives.
