Department: Warehouse

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

Supervision:

• Lead warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies.


• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse employees, ensuring timely completion.

Operations Management:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.


• Monitor and improve workflows to optimize productivity and minimize errors.


• Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Inventory Control:

• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.


• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inbound and outbound shipments, and inventory movements.

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.


• Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and local regulations.

Customer Service:

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.


• Address and resolve customer and supplier inquiries or issues.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit operational reports to management, including incident reports.
