a) Responsible for implementing HR strategies within functional process area.
b) Consult role to functional heads in optimizing the use of existing human and other resources to achieve current business agenda.
c) Identify and implement HR processes, which deliver HR strategy and business objectives. E.g. Management of Leave / Employee Self-Service / salary reviews / Recruitment, etc.
d) Facilitate the interfaces between managers in functional area(s) and wider HR Service Delivery team and ensure service level agreements are fully complied with.
e) Match HR objectives/strategy to the requirements of the functional process objectives
f) Drive the principles of meritocracy with business leaders in all talent decisions, including promotions, transfers, compensation adjustments, etc.
g) Participate in the design, implementation, and management of compensation initiatives to ensure that compensation practices are linked in the overall strategy to attract, reward, and retain top talent
h) Undertake key strategic projects and implement within agreed key performance indicators as required from time to time.
Candidate with Strong Talent and Acquisition management will be a preferred choice
Minimum qualification- Degree, Professional certification in HR a plus
