Description
- Contribute to the growth and profitability of the company through efficient marketing and sales
- Create a business plan for the Branch, review and update periodically with development, discuss implementation plans and protocols with Management for approval
- Responsible for day to day management of Branch to ensure smooth operations, compliance with Standard Operational Procedures, revenue and profit maximization, adherence to performance indicators, and customer satisfaction
- Protect company assets, attend to all maintenance schedules and ensure equipment are in good working condition
- Organize monthly comprehensive stock and inventory take in coordination with Procurement/Inventory Manager
- Ensure best practice in store layout and visual merchandizing standards at Branch to enhance performance
- Ensure labeling and selling price tagging of produce and products are accurately updated and displayed
- Submit documentation, requisition, or reports to Procurement/Inventory Manager on stock availability, general stock request, specific customer requirements - paying attention to items and quantities - by 15.00hrs daily to enable complementary provision for next day delivery
- Responsible for receiving and cross-checking quantities, quality, and processing returns if required
- Authorize and process inventory movement operations including stock transfers, wastage capturing, and processing at Branch
- Establish produce loss prevention strategies to ensure waste is reduced to the barest minimum
- Establish monthly staff rosters/schedules that ensure equitable implementation of Branch activities
- Enforce adherence to proper Branch opening and closing procedures
- Champion and enforce retail operating standards and policies by mobilizing all staff members to deliver services and provide information that guarantees the excellent customer experience
- Enforce the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness at the Branch
- Ensure operational staff meet customer satisfaction requirements
- Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities that ensure the provision of goods and services to satisfy customers’ needs
- Respond to customer complaints in a way that is satisfactory to the customer
- Submit monthly Branch documentation or reports to Management
