• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, with a Master's degree preferred • At least ten years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate or law firm environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable advice and solutions to complex legal issues • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders • Demonstrated knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in Ghana and the ability to keep abreast of changes to these requirements • Experience in managing and developing legal and compliance teams • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Fluency in English and proficiency in computer software applications
