Job Summary

A reputable FMCG company is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain high standards of safety and productivity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, coordinating logistics activities, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.


• Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy.


• Monitor and enforce warehouse safety and hygiene standards.


• Coordinate loading and offloading of products.


• Prepare and maintain warehouse reports and documentation.


• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


• Collaborate with procurement, transport, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
