Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate stock records
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
Track stock movement, usage, and wastage
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies
Ensure proper storage and inventory management procedures
Prepare stock reports and identify discrepancies
Support cost control initiatives within the restaurant
