Job purpose:              

To help our business easily and efficiently manage the ordering, stocking, storing, and using of inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review of Sales entered into the System


2. Updating of stock levels


3. Preparing Packing Lists for Shops and Export Customers


4. Posting export sales in the System


5. Liaising with the Shop Managers on stock issues


6. In charge of Stock for the Company


7. Periodic and yearly stock take and reconciliations


8. Periodic stock balances to Suppliers upon request


9. Periodic stock reconciliation with Warehouse and Shops


10. Monthly Warehouse stock count


11. Entry of Suppliers invoices


12. Regular price update in the system


13. Control damages and shortages on arrival at the warehouse and shops


14. Review of close to expiry products and reporting to Management


15. Any other assigned duty

Responsibilities for Assets:

1. Responsible for Customers data base


2. Responsible for Customer Sales Files


3. Responsible for import and export documents

Working Conditions:

1. Office-based environment


2. Occasional extended working hours


3. Moderate work pressure due to seasonal sales

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fields


2. Professional Certificates is an added advantage


3. Minimum 2-4 years relevant to Inventory Management


4. Must also have accounting background

Competencies

Technical:

1. Knowledge of Microsoft suite


2. Knowledge of Tally or ERP system


3. Knowledge of Inventory Management , etc.

Personality:

1. Ability to demonstrate integrity and confidentiality


2. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)


3. Ability to build interpersonal relationships to work in a Team


4. Attention to details

Ability to travel to neighbouring towns in Ghana
