Own the District results and manage for growth and profitability of the district. Drive Company's culture with
the values centrally placed, not in the least on safety.
Accountable for all Sourcing, Supply Chain & EHS activities in the District.
Accountable for the main value drivers at district level: volume, shrink, quality (from Point of purchase till
CTOR) as well as for turnaround time, costs, safety results.
In partnership with Sustainability drive our sustainability goals in the district.
Volume/Quality: Accountable for sourcing and delivery of target volumes, market
share and quality in the District.
Accountable for implementing in the district the sourcing strategy as formulated by
the Sourcing COE
implementation may (but not necessarily) be measured by specific sourcing KPI’s
per district
Accountable for turnaround times from purchase to secondary evacuation (from
Primary Evacuation up to Secondary Evacuation).
Accountable for District Budget and cost: Implement the finance policy and ensure
the accurate reporting
Responsible for coordinating between Sourcing, Sustainability and Supply chain
processes and priorities in the District.
Responsible and accountable for team performance, engagement, recruitment and
development.
Manage Third Party Labour in his district.
Ensure that the district vehicles and all working tools are handled with utmost care.
Ensure that users act responsibly and cautioned to avoid reckless driving and
unnecessary over-speeding
Enforce the safety, food safety, equipment safety, fire protection, security rules and
takes all necessary actions to maintain a safe, food safe, secured environment.
Lead and execute Health and Safety policies in the workplace according to
corporate guidelines to ensure Zero Harm throughout the district.
