JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job responsibility includes but not limited to;

Responsible for the overall work of the store, strict implementation of the company's rules and regulations, assist in the formulation of operational processes.
Optimize the SOP（Standard Operating Procedure） flow of the store and create a warm, polite, neat and comfortable shopping atmosphere.
Do a good order, receiving work, arrange daily sales work;
Do the basic management of store goods, control the loss and gross profit of goods.
Responsible for store business handling and customer complaint handling.
Actively carry out store business promotion and various promotional activities.
Cooperate with company to collect market information.
Manage store controllable cost, including but not limited to reasonable scheduling, simple maintenance of equipment, etc.
Responsible for recruiting, teaching and training of new staff.
Complete the company's target for the store.
