We are looking for young enthusiastic and self -driven individuals to fill the roles of Marketing & Client Service Executive in our firm.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person.
Maintaining a detailed record management, communications and respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner.
Providing clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company.
Identifying and making promotional/marketing offers to potential clients.
Achieving the monthly/yearly revenue targets
Coordinate all aspects of client servicing activities across all divisions.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, vendors and partners by maintaining a proactive, attentive, courteous, and professional demeanor.
Provide day-to-day business support, including administrative, logistics, and financial activities.
Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Ensure the management and sanitation of company office.
Requirement:
A minimum of HND or Degree from a recognized institution.
A good understanding of marketing or administration, customer service and business development.
Good listening skills
Computer literate and a good understanding of Social media.
Ability to offer excellent customer service
Good time managements and organizational skills
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Passionate about selling, convincing and want to push beyond boundaries to achieve financial goals and targets of the company.
Ready to work in accordance to targets and performance appraisal for your retention purpose.
