Experience and Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field. Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in content creation, videography, photography, or social media content production. Strong understanding of current social media trends, content formats, and digital culture. Creative storytelling skills with knowledge of composition, lighting, and audience engagement techniques. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver quality content in fast-paced environments. Access to personal content creation equipment is an advantage

Technical Requirements

1. Strong video shooting, photography, and content capture skills.


2. Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.


3. Ability to create platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.


4. Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva and creation of social media assets, thumbnails, and captions.


5. Understanding of content calendars, digital marketing campaigns, and audience engagement strategies.


6. Ability to manage digital content libraries and maintain organized content storage systems.
