Description
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the levels of chemicals to make sure process run correctly for making Styrofoam.
- Manage day-to-day transportation and logistics services for multinational account base.
- Train other operators on SPC and process improvements.
- Used proper PPE to help against burns and other harms.
- Inspect cable in process for resistivity and wall thickness, document on SPC charts.
- Train various employees to operate and troubleshoot various manual and automate machines, furthering company growth.
- Adhere to safety practices that pertain to proper ppe and lototoSet up and perform changeovers to extruders.
- Operate a machine that make PVC pipe, produce and package a certain amount of pipe each shift.
- Ensure quality of PVC by measuring and recording data and making adjustments (as needed) to equipment.
- Develop standard quality program and start ISO certification process and help develop a profit sharing and incentive program.
- Monitor combat missions through satellite and computer global positioning systems in order to prepare accurate reports for unit commanders.
- Establish and maintain an effective line of communication with QA department.
- Doff finish yarn packages from machine to production buggies.
- Remove packages from machine as they doff and place label inside tub on opposite end of transfer tails.
- Perform warehouse tasks using RF scanners
