Qualifications
Good First Degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Marketing or Sales
Previous experience in BTL Activations is a Plus
Have proven ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Be proficient in using New Concepts in proposal writing and presentations
Have proven industry experience (2 to 4 years) in Marketing, Project Management, and Client Servicing role
Show proven record of brand activation success.
Demonstrate satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs.

Job Overview:
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the Project/Events Manager is responsible for planning and the implementation of multiple brands’ activation programs, working in partnership with relevant Production teams, Creative Unit, and Finance team to achieve clients marketing objectives.
The key focus of the Project/ Events Manager role is working with key suppliers in planning for resources needed and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors/suppliers in order to deliver projects and client campaigns according to plan.
The job duties and responsibilities for this role include:
- Leading Generation and Management of assigned projects and events.
- Supporting the Head of CHP Direct on all brand activity.
- Developing and managing project plans for the complete product development life cycle from project initiation, planning, development execution to delivery.
- Developing task briefs for internal and agency suppliers and managing ongoing relationships with those suppliers.
- Coordinating resources, timing, and budgets while leading the project execution.
- Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
- Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests.
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.
- Acting as the client's representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
- Collecting and analysing data concerning consumer behaviour to understand changing needs.
- Delivering on performance in line with Unit’s KPIs.
