Lead all IT projects in CD and develop insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization
opportunities.
- Lead, Train and develop a team of Implementers and DTOs at all regional levels.
- Design/build technical processes/systems to address them.
- Develop and implement quality controls and standards to ensure quality data standards and data regulatory
requirements for CD.
- Ability to extract data from multiple systems to boost customer productivity & Basic Reporting
- Employ customer service standards in managing distributors.
- Ensure the data authenticity and drive right discipline in order to achieve CD objectives.
- Develop himself to take bigger responsibilities.
- Generates sales performance reports across sales regions, categories and channels.
- Generate monthly and quarterly customers and sales team performance report.
- Prepares monthly retail data based on AC Nielsen report.
- Evaluate and structure each functional opportunity into appropriate projects with clear deliverables, timelines
and cost
- Prepares KPI payment reports in line with Trade Terms Structure.
- Manage and deliver the CD functional information innovation projects and Analytics solutions on-time, in-full, tobudget
and in compliance with IT and Information standards and processes, without business disruption.
Responsible for the IT design & delivery in the specific functional area and closely involved in all build, test and
go-live activity in this area.
- Establish and maintain common information standards for the function; Drive Simplification; Serve as "design
authority" for the function.
