Minimum 4 years’ experience Should be from Structural Steel industry having extensive exposure planning of material for the production/OEE of the equipment/ CNC programming must have worked with FICEP Beam Drill/SAW/ANGLE Line/GEMINI/Kronos machines. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Guide and interact in house fabrication team, project engineers and cross functional departments for the requirements.


• Practical understanding of working with the machine to improve efficiency Preparation of SOP, audit documents and record keeping


• Estimation of hours required for projects and production Co ordinating with the CNC for the release of drawings.


• Preparation of department MIS reports


• Verification of nesting from CNC department.


• Manual programming of the machines Expertise in working with FICEP/PEDDINGHAUS machine.


• Calculation of cycle time for the operations Consumable life monitoring /Consumable cost monitoring MIS generation for OEE of the machine Daily rejection Analysis, Why-Why Analysis, and GAP Analysis KAIZEN,5S/GEMBA/TBT/Training activities
