JOB SUMMARY

Sales & Distribution Officer role is to design and implement sales activities with the supervision of the Head, Sales to meet personal, departmental, and the entire company sales target for a particular year.

DUTIES

• Prospecting for New Business, especially Corporate, Association, Group, Medium size account.


• Ensure that all new clients are taken through the standard process of card issuance, invoicing, premiums collection & member product and services education session.


• Identifying new sales leads, preparing Power Point presentation and sales display, Pitching products and / or services.


• Send 200 proposal monthly via any medium.


• Ensuring that prospective client’s businesses are underwritten in a current policy year.


• seek out and aggressively prospect for new customers and new sales opportunities initiate action plans to approach and secure all new businesses for the company.


• Create brand awareness for the company by ensuring that within the shortest possible time, advertising campaigns reach the nook and cranny of every location in Ghana through the dissemination of advertising materials.


• Ensure that, the you meet and exceed your set target and all activity standard for prospecting calls, appointment, presentations, proposal and closing deals.


• Grow the Market share of the company within the health insurance industry.


• Reporting to work on time always so as to be efficient and effective in the discharge of work


• Maintaining a positive attitude and high level of performance at work


• Maintaining the highest standards of care and customer service in their work


• Ensuring they treat all other members of staff fairly and equitably


• Fully participating in the performance management process in order to address any performance issues identified


• Maintaining confidentiality during and after the application of this policy; failure of which could be regarded as breach of this policy and hence, may result in appropriate disciplinary actions.
