About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end launch of our ride-hailing and delivery application. This role requires strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and successful market entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:
  
  
  
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
  
  
  • Recruitment of talent for all critical positions
  
  
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  
  
  
  


• Stakeholder Management:
  
  
  
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, marketing, operations, and legal teams.
  
  
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  
  
  
  


• Execution & Delivery:
  
  
  
  • Oversee app development, testing, and deployment phases.
  
  
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
  
  
  • Ensure onboarding of Driver/Riders and Customers
  
  
  
  


• Risk Management:
  
  
  
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  
  
  • Monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
  
  
  
  


• Performance Tracking:
  
  
  
  • Define KPIs and track project performance against milestones.
  
  
  • Prepare regular status reports for senior leadership.
