• Must be result-driven and able to work under pressure

Description
A leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is seeking to recruit a Sales Supervisor to oversee and drive field sales operations within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and motivate Field Executives to achieve sales targets
- Plan and execute daily and weekly sales routes and activities
- Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement across assigned territories
- Ensure effective product availability, distribution, and merchandising in all outlets
- Conduct regular market visits and joint field calls with Field Executives
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Manage distributor relationships and resolve trade-related issues
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management
- Enforce company sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards
