Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Development, or related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in channel development and customer management, preferably within ride-hailing fleets, mobility, or car rental companies.
Candidates must possess strong client relationship management, market analysis, communication, negotiation, customer development, and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with local Ghanaian market operations and access to fleet client networks is an advantage.
