• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office and English proficiency

• Degree in Administration or any related field.
• PA degree or certification would be considered an advantage

Description
A Personal assistant is often the first point of contact both within and outside the organization when people try to contact the CEO.
An assistant helps with the daily time management of the CEO, takes notes, correspondence, schedule meetings, send emails, et cetera.
They also arrange flights for their boss. As a personal assistant, your duties include but are not limited to the following.
- Screening phone calls enquiries and handling them at the right time.
- Making appointments on behalf of their bosses organizing their daily schedule.
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Taking minutes while the boss dictates
- Acting as a liaison to the clients, suppliers, and other staff members.
- Sending and receiving emails texts on behalf of the CEO.
- Helping the CEO carry out background research, source for information and present findings when called upon.
- Proper filing, data management and maintaining office systems.
- Arrange travels, visas, hotel reservations, and sometimes travel with the CEO to take minutes of the meetings and help where needed.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Take dictation and minutes.
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Devise and maintain office filing system.
