1. Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products while providing friendly and professional service.

2. Product Knowledge: Maintain good knowledge of common medicines, health products, and their uses, dosages, and side effects to provide accurate information.

3. Dispensing Support: Support the pharmacist by preparing, labeling, and packaging prescribed medicines under supervision.

4. Stock Management: Receive, check, and arrange stock deliveries; ensure products are correctly labeled and stored according to safety guidelines.

5. Sales and Billing: Operate the cash register, process sales transactions, and issue receipts to customers.

6. Health and Safety Compliance: Follow pharmacy hygiene and safety protocols, including handling medicines safely and maintaining cleanliness at the counter.

7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales records, prescription logs, and stock inventories as required by the pharmacy’s policies.

8. Customer Education: Provide basic guidance on the safe use of medicines, dosage timing, and potential side effects (without offering medical advice beyond their scope).

9. Promotional Activities: Assist in promoting new healthcare products, special offers, or loyalty programs to increase sales.

10. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with pharmacists, sales officers, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.
