• Daily & Timely Ordering of Fresh Meats & Seafood to Suppliers and ensuring deliveries as per the Norms & Parameters


• Prepare & Process the Purchase Orders.


• Finding New Suppliers to match the Assortment, Quality, Quantity & Price favorable to grow the Sales


• Understanding & Identifying the reasons affecting Loss/Wastage and implementing possible effective solution to reduce the Loss/Wastage


• Ensuring the Merchandise & Display is as per the approved Standards and as per the Customer preference


• Monitoring & Ensuring the Food Handlers Butchery/Deli/Art Kitchen are following the SOPs 


• Periodical Benchmarking & Market Survey to ensure the Best Pricing & Merchandise is offered to Customers.


• Ensuring the Branches Maintain Expiry Tracker for Deli, Frozen and Meats


• Visiting Stores periodically to audit if the Departments are following all the SOPs


• To bring New Ideas of Merchandise in line with Catchment Customer Shopping behavior which can yield in Sales growth


• Work with Quality Assurance Manager to understand and implement the full compliance of SOPS


• Give guidance on local cuisine preparation and presentation
