JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform all duties assigned by the warehouse manager or supervisor.


• Inspect the surroundings and report on the maintenance of warehouse tools and machinery.


• Follow proper documentation and safety procedures of all warehouse functions. 


• Ensure all casual workers hired in warehouse are properly monitored to avoid/reduce pilferage.


• Accompany goods during distributions or carriage into containers.


• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager and superiors. 


• Tally all goods in the process of requisitions, receipt, stacking, and dispatch of goods and supplies


• Carry out all daily checks of commodities and all supplies making note of damaged goods etc.


• Assist in the movement of items and project materials in and out of the vehicles.
