Job Overview
An internationally recognized and locally valued Technology Consulting, Outsourcing and Software Implementation firm; seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist & Project Communications and Coordination Expert -- to work closely with an implementation team, towards meeting specific critical success factors for Change Management (CM), for a computerized system deployment and its optimized usage. Key functions shall include but not limited to; implementation support for prioritized CM needs and overcoming resistance – towards the achievement of satisfactory results. The successful candidate in line with their performances, may be offered permanent employment beyond the 6-month project implementation schedule (September 15th).
Duties & Essential Job Functions
The ideal candidate will work with a team of Technical, and Domain/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to:
- Review existing CM initiatives under the project and innovate an approach (processes, tools, techniques) for Planning for the intended CM intervention, from the current state to the intended state.
- Develop a tailored Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy and roadmap for the CM intervention scope, Coaching plan etc.
- Develop a Human Capital strategy, for beneficiary agencies to accommodate and align to their processes -- towards the sustainability of the computerized system.
- Implement, discussed CM training and capacity building needs, improve communication and coordination among committee and user groups and mentor beneficiary target user groups, to increase the adoption of system computerization initiatives.
- Take on initiatives to support meet CM critical success factor KPIs -- towards management of the change processes gaps, development of a change management plan and promotion of change within the beneficiary agencies for the sustainability for optimized usage of the computerized system.
- Stakeholder management, effective communication and coordination (including the design, development and execution of communications materials, such as fact sheets, job aids, instructional guides, Web content, briefings, and presentations) towards planned CM training and capacity building initiatives, tools and resources.
- Support the project team to develop stakeholder/partner outreach and engagement efforts to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support.

- Support the design, development, implementation, and revision of project plans and adhere to established timelines.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience leading change management, communication and coordination activities for organizational IT initiatives.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement and project management approaches, tools, and phases.
- Analytical skills and the ability to provide insight into project progress.
- Self –Initiator, Team Player, Resilient and Tenacious, Flexible and Adaptable.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to include experience with developing and delivering presentations, editing, and proofreading.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable written format.
- Demonstrated client relationship skills working in a dynamic client environment.
- Solid computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
