Project Coordinator Oil & Gas
Project Management Information
Organizes the technical, human and material aspects for his/her entire project, in collaboration with the support services.
Prepares the project and/or makes sure it has been properly prepared.
Defines the human and material resources needed to perform the project.
Defines and keeps track of the schedule for his/her project by defining the steps and critical path.
Prepares the progress follow-up tables specific to the project.
Makes sure that the client validates the monthly progress report, allowing corresponding invoices to be issued.
Communicates to the client the methods for following up project progress.
Coordinates contacts between the client, contractor(s) and the performing teams.
May ensure work kick-off by the teams in compliance with defined requirements.
Checks that the services have been performed within the contract battery limits.
Informs the client of the cost and lead time for any service not included in the contract.
Makes sure that intervention lead times are respected and worksite acceptance tests completed.
Completes and/or makes sure that end-of-contract files have been properly completed.
May be required to participate in preparing the technical and commercial study, in collaboration with the Project Manager
and/or the Projects Manager.
May be required to participate in reviewing offers, in collaborations with the Offer Department.
May be required to negotiate commercial aspects with the client.
Purchasing and contracting
Defines the purchasing and contracting batches required for the proper execution of the project.
Participates in technical and commercial clarification meetings.
Makes sure that contractor purchase orders and/or contracts have been validated.
Health Safety Environment Quality
Applies the agency's HSEQ policy and goals.
Takes the necessary measures to minimize risks jeopardizing Quality, Safety and the Environment.
Applies the instructions as regards compliance with HSEQ rules.
Supports the HSEQ system by taking part in discussions.
Proposes and carries out improvement actions and corrective and/or preventive actions.
Undertakes to follow the training necessary to develop his/her skills.
May be required to train new hires.
