A personal Assistant works with the senior staff to provide one-to-one support. The peronal Assistant must be able to provide administrative support such as monitoring manager's incoming and outcoming emails, drafting communications on their behalf, planning and organising meetings and their travels.. The personal assistant must be able to:
* Organising events and conferences
* Booking and arranging travel, travel and accommodation
* Acting as the first poin of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
* Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointment, often controlling access to the manager /executives.
