Purpose: ​

To support evidence-based decision-making by conducting rigorous data analysis, interpreting research 

findings, and delivering actionable insights that inform client strategies and project outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙Design and implement research methodologies tailored to client needs and project objectives.  

∙Conduct literature reviews, desk research, and comparative analysis on industry trends.  

∙Collect, organize, and interpret data using statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, or R.  

∙Draft research reports, briefing papers, and executive summaries for diverse audiences.  

∙Collaborate with field officers and data teams to ensure high-quality data collection.  

∙Analyze survey results to identify patterns, correlations, and actionable insights.  

Qualifications 

∙Bachelor’s degree in Research or a related field is required. 

∙ 3–5 years of proven experience in conducting research, data analysis, or relevant areas. 

∙A Master’s degree in Research or a related discipline will be considered an added advantage.
