✨ Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
✨ Monitor financial performance, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
✨ Collaborate with the executive team to develop marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
✨ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment in all branches.
✨ Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
*Requirements:*
✨ Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
✨ Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
✨ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✨ Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
✨ Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant best practices.
✨ Flexibility to travel between branches as needed.
✨ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
